How do I create my account?

To register for your free MaidPro Marketing Portal account please email your request to maidpro@comarkdirect.com.
A friendly customer service representative will contact you within 24 hours with further instructions to set up your account.

 

What is my login?

If you’ve already created your account you can login with your username and password. If you’ve forgotten your username you can either use your franchise number (f number), email us at maidpro@comarkdirect.com or call us at 888.742.0405.

 

How can I add zip codes to my account?

Congratulations on expanding your territory! In order to have zip codes added to your account you must email your additional zip codes to maidpro@comarkdirect.com. We will verify the requested territory addition with the home office. If approved, your zip codes will be added to your account.

 

How do I update my Future Bill Payment Information?

Payment information is securely kept in the cloud. To update your payment information retained on file for orders with Future Bill, contact us directly at 888.742.0405. Our accounting department will handle your information and update your account.

How long will it take to get my order?

The average order is shipped from our facility within 5-7 business days.
To expedite orders you are provided the option to select ground shipping or express shipping if desired.

What is my order status?

The average order is shipped from our facility within 7 business days. You may contact us at maidpro@comarkdirect.com with your Order ID to receive a status update if desired.

What is the difference between EDDM and Carrier Route Direct Mail?

EDDM and Carrier Route Direct Mail both utilize full carrier route saturation. The only difference is that with Carrier Route you only pay for the postage (no shipping!) and have more time to relax … or let’s face it, tackle another task of running a business. When purchasing EDDM you are required to pay shipping as well as your time preparing the EDDM pieces for delivery to your local Post Office.
